We offer walk-in vaccinations during our hours of operation. Please note, vaccines may be limited in supplies.

If you would like to schedule a flu clinic for your school, business, or organization, please fill out the form and we will contact you shortly.

We offer the following vaccinations (ages 12 and up):

• flu

• shingles

• Tdap

Most health insurance providers cover the cost of vaccines so please bring your Medicare or other Insurance cards.
